1.Shipping Policy

At Luffypaglu, we follow a strict NO RETURN policy. Once an order has been placed, packed, and dispatched, we do not accept returns for:


• Change of mind or personal preferences
• Incorrect size / variant ordered by the customer
• Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
• Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with


We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.


2. Refund Eligibility — Damaged Item Only


We offer a replacement (not a cash refund) ONLY in the following case:

✅ The item received is physically damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

All other claims will NOT be entertained. This includes but is not limited to:
• Dissatisfaction with the product appearance or quality (non-damaged)
• Packaging damage without product damage
• Delivery delays


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement


To qualify for a replacement, an UNBOXING VIDEO is mandatory. Without this, no claim will be processed under any circumstance.

Video Requirements:
• The video must start BEFORE the parcel is opened — the sealed package must be clearly visible at the start
• The entire unboxing process must be recorded in a single, continuous shot with no cuts or edits
• The damage must be clearly visible in the video
• The video must be of good quality — blurry or incomplete videos will not be accepted
• The unboxing video must be recorded on the day of delivery itself
📌 Important: No unboxing video = No replacement. No exceptions.

4. How to Raise a Replacement Request


If you received a damaged item and have a valid unboxing video, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Record your unboxing video on delivery day (see requirements above)
• Step 2: Contact us via Instagram @luffypagluu or email us with your Order ID
• Step 3: Share your unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged product
• Step 4: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
• Step 5: If approved, we will dispatch a replacement product at no extra charge

5. Replacement — Not a Cash Refund


Please note that Luffypaglu does NOT offer cash refunds or payment reversals. In all approved damage cases, we will send a replacement product of the same item at absolutely no cost to you.

Shipping charges for the replacement product will be fully borne by Luffypaglu.


6. Timeframe for Raising a Claim


All damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained, as we cannot verify the condition of the product post-delivery.


7. Non-Eligible Situations


The following situations are NOT eligible for replacement or refund:
• No unboxing video provided
• Unboxing video starts after the product is already opened
• Claim raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Product shows signs of mishandling or physical damage caused after delivery
• Damage to outer packaging only, with product intact
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
